How to book the Machu Picchu tour

This document shows the booking process for the Machu Picchu tour.

You choose the type of tour and a date

We offer different options to visit Machu Picchu. So, according to your desires and budget, you indicate which tour do you want. You indicate also a firm date for your tour so we can be able to reserve in advance entrances, train tickets, hotels, ...

You provide information about the trekkers and pay the indicated amount

To reserve, we need to provide certain information about each trekker (full name, nationality and passport number).

Information is validated and the payment is accepted

Since the payment is accepted immediately, we can begin to make reservations without delay. Very quickly (generally in less than 24 hours), we make your reservations (guide, entrance ticket, hotel,...). For the train, the reservation depends on available spaces on the train and on the company's timetable planning.

You can consult and partially modify your reservation at any time

At any time, you can access our Customer service, for example, to see your itinerary the train schedule, to indicate us if you wish to have a transfer from the airport, to cancel your reservation or, and it is the most important thing, to indicate us your hotel in Cusco so we know where to pick you up for the tour.

You begin your trip in Peru

Once you arrive in Cusco, we can go pick you up at the airport (for free and if you want us to) to take you to your hotel.

The D Day arrives

Our agents go pick you up at your hotel at the indicated time. We take care of everything until the end of the tour and the transfer back to your hotel.
